The other day I wanted a  T-shirt with a logo of my company so thought why not get a customized one. I searched a bit a got many sites like myntra.com , picsquare , octshirts, makemyt-shirt etc. I also found a site called pringoo.com. Since that had a funny name I visited it and found it that the company is based in Pune (I live there). Also I really liked their interface. It was pretty neat and simple. Hence I thought why not give it a try. So here’s a short review about the compaby PringOO.com

1. Site Design

I really liked the site design. It’s clean and simple. Doesn’t confuse new visitors at all but still is in much detail. Also, the site has extremely advanced customization interface and you can experiment all sorts of things with your designs like resizing them, adding text ON them etc etc. This is where I was really impressed by Pringoo as other sites mentioned above doesn’t provide that good interface and options.

2. Speed of Service

This where I think they lack a bit. I had placed the order at 11pm in the night. I thought the T-shirt would be printed and dispatched by next day, though I didn’t expect delivery same day. But to my surprise they two not two but three days and dispatched the t-shirt on the third day. Delivery however was made on the third day itself. I felt they could improve a bit here. After all I don’t think they are a BIG company to have huge workload and printing t-shirts doesn’t take that much time either!

3. Quality

As far as T-shirt quality is concerned, I found it pretty good. I had ordered a 100% cotton black t-shirt and the material was really good and worth the price. Printing quality however was cheap. They used the old technique of printing the image on a paper and then tattooing it on the t-shirt by ironing it. This is where I felt really let down. They should have actually printed on the t-shirt. Also, I had resized the front image in my t-shirt but to my surprise they printed it in the center as a whole one big image! Also the image had burned corners which really made it all look terrible!

4. Customer Care

Since I was not at all satisfied with the t-shirt I called up their customer support and asked for a replacement or a refund. After arguing with them for about 20 minutes they finally accepted to replace the t-shirt and make all the changes. They were trying to blame it on me and my image quality initially but I wasn’t going to budge and they gave up eventually! But later they did send me the replacement and that was as per my expectations. But since I had to go through all this, I would rate their customer care low.

Verdict: If you wish to try a new site for your customized t-shirts and want some advanced features for customized then give it a try for sure. It ain’t that bad either!
